  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Including Prescriptions Coverage
    Eligible employees begin their insurance coverage as early as the first day but no later than 60 calendar days after they are hired by Alloy Products Corp. Our group health plan is in collaboration with United Health Care. Alloy Products Corp. is self-funded, keeping the insurance premium and costs for employees, low.
  • Life and Disability Insurance
    A life insurance policy is provided at no cost to the employee. Short-term and long-term disability income protection is also provided by Alloy Products Corp.
  • Retirement Saving Plans and Advice
    We offer eligible employees a 401(k) plan (traditional and Roth components) with 50% matched by the company on the first 4%. In addition, employees may be eligible for a profit-sharing plan. As an employee of Alloy Products Corp., the advisors at Francis Investment Council LLC offer financial advice on your 401(k) as well as other investment advice at no cost to you.
  • Advancement Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement
    Alloy Products Corp. is committed to help you continuously develop and learn new skills. We offer on the job training and prefer to promote staff within the company. Tuition reimbursement may be available to those who qualify.
  • Holidays, Personal Days, Vacation Days, and Sick Time
    We offer 9 paid holidays per calendar year and 3 personal days per fiscal year. Generous vacation days are accrued based on your length of service. Employees may also be eligible for 5 sick days per calendar year.
  • Free Uniforms and Safety Equipment
    Alloy Products Corp. provides employees with free uniforms and safety equipment including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoe reimbursement program, protective aprons and gloves, and ear plugs. We strive to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Service Awards and Employer Sponsored Company Outings
    Alloy Products Corp. grants service awards to employees for their length of service. It is one way to reward them for continued employment and show the organization’s appreciation of their dedication and hard work. We also have a series of employer-sponsored company outings including lunches, an annual bowling sweeper, and an annual golf outing.
